Robin is at his best in complex cases that require creative solutions. He specialises in real estate, acquisition and working capital financing. Robin also regularly assists companies facing financial difficulties with their (financial) restructuring operations. Robin sees the closing of a finance deal as a team effort in which the lender and the borrower pursue a common goal. A pleasant negotiating atmosphere helps. However, Robin can be firm when necessary to achieve the best possible negotiation outcome.
