Financial Law

Finway navigates market parties through the (European) supervisory regulations. As a business partner, during the entire (product) life cycle.

Finway navigates market parties through the (European) supervisory legislation. We help to design products correctly for the target group. Consumers or investors. Retail or professional. Within or outside the scope of supervision. Always with the right balance between the interests of the client and its target group.

For whom?

Finway acts for (international) banks, insurers and other providers of financial products and their intermediaries (such as advisers and brokers). We also act for investment firms, payment service providers, fintechs and institutional investors.

In addition, Finway assists parties that raise capital in the market. E.g. (managers of) investment funds and investment companies. And companies that issue shares, bonds or other (equity or debt) capital instruments. This can be done privately (private placement) or publicly (whether or not on a stock exchange). Finway's added value and track record in this area of expertise can be found under Alternative Financing.
